If this is your first time in the office, please select Initial Consultation, regardless of the services you are interested in. There are speciality visits for those who are under the age of 13 and those who are expecting.

If you are a current member, please select Adjustment, Stretch Therapy Session, or Coaching Reconnect based on your current needs.

If you have not been seen in the office in over 6 months, please select Reset and Restart.

REMINDER If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you may be subject to a 50% late cancellation fee to the card on file. If you do not show up for your visit, you will be charged the total balance for the visit to the card on file.
